De Ghumake! A Moment to cherish! Jiyo Jee bharke:)

Cricket is a religion in India and we all follow it .When it comes to cricket we forgot everything: No ego clashes No conflicts No caste-ism and No regionalism. For those 8 hours we are just one nation CRIKINDIA wrapped up in the tri color flag. For the people born post 1983 ,The WCC 2011 victory  has been by far among the most patriotic moment  along with the Gold medal triumph at the Olympics by Abhinav bindra. But for the cricket frenzied nation this is much more exhilarating, rejuvenating and epitome of all sagas that happened on Indian soil.
The expectations of 1.2 billion cricket afficianados, who are so impulsive that they can carry them on shoulders from Kashmir to Kanya kumari in case of a win and can even burn their houses to ashes in case of even a loss , can give Goose Bumps to even the calmest and coolest man on planet. But as said ‘A coward builds his own graveyard in his own backyard”. But this time The man in blue were lead by a man who decided to soak all the pressure of his teammates by himself and let them play their natural game ignoring the politics of selection and the involvement of media .Instead of again carrying the loads of expectations of whole nation to bring back the world cup after 28 long years, they made it simple Just bring the cup for Sachin –The GOD of cricket just as a tribute to his overwhelming contribution to Indian cricket. The aim was same but the weights were reduced to a unimaginable extent. This aim weaved the team into a cohesive unit where everybody forgot about all records and jinx associated with the game.
Fortune favors the brave: It was the dedication, perseverance, and the fighting spirit of Indian cricket team that paved the way for long strides of success all through the tournament. Goals were set for each match, some tricks worked, some failed but most of the experimentations were done at the League stage. Till that time Indian team bowling was criticized a lot as in not a single match they could perform according to the reputation. The hopes which were built on a very high note before the start of the tournament were somewhere dazzled by the lackluster performance. But there was one person who was smiling at every presentation ceremony during the leagues and that was the Indian captain DHONI who with his witty smile kept on telling everybody that they have a lot to deliver in the knockout stage. So even the ordinary performance of the ODI Rank 2 Indian team could not deteriorate the high hopes of the billions optimistic Indians!
Knockout stage : They were all high drama games. Stakes were high, tension prevailing as they faced the mighty Austrailians in the quarters. It was like the clash of Titans. One side the defending champions claiming for the fourth consecutive title and on other side a team playing for their champion Lil Master.Everything worked :The carom ball of Aswin, the reverse swing of Zak,the doosra of harbhajan followed by the perennial Sachin, clinical shots of Gambhir and the majestic touch of Yuvi! All this guided India to a famous win over the mighty world champions and to denounce the end of the cricketing aura for the Aussies.
Next came what most people predicted as the game of the tournament .Match between rivals India and Pakistan. Rather than being the test of cricketing skills, it was the test of nerves. Politicians make no stone unturned to make it a Political Criko drama. Both sides of the border were having butterflies in their stomach.Blistering start by Sehwag and the numerous life lines to the Lil master could help india to make a respectable total that was not quite enough on the flat track according to cricket pundits. But as luck would have it Indian Bowlers came for the rescue operations, rise their games for the occasions and helped India to break a number of jinx and retain the record of being unbeaten by Pakistan in the world cup.For many Indians it was all they wanted from this team as they never ever at any cost want to get beaten by their arch rivals!
Final: Now it was the time for the BIG occasion .Match between the mighty Lankans having the noxious ‘M’factor and the mighty reputed Indian batting line up. The atmosphere was totally different ,Asians giants clashing for the biggest title.Offices were closed, roads were dying to see human faces,Projectors were placed ,stadium was jam packed with the faces painted with the tri color and it seemed that the breath of the entire nation was at a stop at about 2.30 on 2nd April. The coin was tossed and with an unusual chaos during the toss, the match started.Indian bowling was very disciplined  for most of the time during the Lankan innings but the flashy Jayawardhane with his superb touch and immense power blew the tide in favour of the tigers. The total was too high to chase, and all the records were going against India. As usual news channels broke out singing prayers for Sachin as for them it was still a one man game. All the heart of millions of Indian fan choked when Sehwag and Sachin got out within first few overs .For more than 70% Indians fans including me,the game was over,TV sets were shut down with just one voice.
”Sachin never play under pressure. Why do we call him GOD? Its useless to expect from Indian team”
Sachin has done a lot  during the journey,So its useless to put a pressure on one man each and every time. But what to say..We are typical Indian cricket fans!
The calmness of Gambhir and the steadiness of Virat started a great Indian run chase for a already lost battle. Not even for a second they showed that they have the pressure of such a mighty run chase and that too in the finals. It was their partnership that raised a ray of hope among the then low spirited fans. Then came the Indian captain, promoting himself up the order and determined to chastise the criticizers .He showed the real grit and determination of a leader rising to his best for the biggest occasion, showed why he was called Captain Cool! The mighty 6 at the end sealed the fate of the nation as their proudest moment has come to them after a long wait. All eyes were wet on the overwhelming success. All the festivals seems to be really timid infront of this big extravaganza of cricket. The tri color was raising high all through India.Suddenly 1.2 biilion population feel the sense of being invincible. That moment can’t be expressed, cant be penned down ,it could be just felt .The patriotism was at its Zenith and the heart of every Indian with consensus was screaming India jeet gaya! A moment to cherish for lifetime.
WE ARE WORLD CHAMPIONS!!!

Do not just win the game, win the race!!

Dreaming the success through the failures!

Its said that behind the bars of darkness ,there is a narrow streak of light which only an optimist can sense.

"Failures are the stepping stones to success":

Its an old  adage and most of us are well aware of this. But what if each time one try to push himself on this ladder and these stones are the ones who are hindering his way. They are not only frustrating him but also demoralizing his spirits. But at that time instead of being boggled down by the continuous failures, look at the brighter aspect, try to visualize your dreams, imagine the taste of success that you are going to cherish after all those obstacles.Try to step up in the boots of your inspirational luminaries that could sometimes makes u feel like being that person itself. Its not the metal but mettle ;Its not the aptitude but the attitude that determines the mental strength of a person.Never get disheartened when others are passing a foxi smile at your  failures.Such smiles are volatile and are time dependent. We should always cherish the tough times in our life because these are the times that makes us pay for getting the fruitions of success..So never let your failures dominate your dreams..
Live for your dreams .. Die for your dreams!!

CWG -- Common Woes on games:(

What was once presumed to bring national pride has been the cause of international ignominy. Common Wealth Games: As these days said to have the biggest stroke on the Common Wealth of the tax payers. When India won the bid for hosting the CWG, the aim was not only to showcase the superiority of the Rising Super Power, but also to bring to our country positive vibes of other games which have been evanescent in the luminosity of cricket. Our thoughts were that time dripped in ocean of complacency that if china can successfully organize the Olympic extravaganza then why can’t we?? The only mistake we did was that we never bothered to ask this question to ourselves that are we mentally prepared to host CWG.We could have seen the way Chinese prepared for the Olympics .Not only they left no stones unturned to apotheosized that event but also they make sure that their players should also be able to perform brilliantly .And they achieved what they have targeted because of their perseverance dedication n undying attitude towards life .For them it was the moment to bask in national glory..
Our authorities could have tried in a similar fashion ,but they took it as an life time opportunity to inundate their Swiss bank account ,For them it was their hen laying golden eggs and they want to snatch the eggs once and for all..Not even once they have thought that their irresponsible behavior can demolish the image of India in front of the world.

The bid which India won was 2.6 Million and till date approx 7.6 Billion Indian rupees has been spent on the games. .Delhi was decided to host the event and it was the joint responsibility of the IOA and the delhi government to convert the capital city to an international sporting hub. Nothing is impossible if we take a task seriously on merits of its priorities .But the Indians bureaucrats are known from evading from their responsibilities. While the IOA thought that they have given the tenders to various organizations and their job is almost done, The delhi government was as usual busy in the beautification and building of flyovers in delhi. There was lack of time management due to which they keep on missing the deadlines and finally as we all have in common, everything kept to be completed till the 11th hour. There was a speculation among the masses that a large scale corruption is going on behind the scenes but the real mayhem began when the CVC (Central Vigilance commission) reports came out and they disclosed they high level corruption caused due to irregularities of the distribution of tenders to various organization. It was then that 99% public came to know that some Games are going to be organized in India. The heights of corruption were that a trading mill which cost around 1.6 lakhs was taken on rent by the IOA chief Mr Suresh kalmadi at 7.8 lakhs for 2 months!!Plants worth lakhs of rupees were started growing when there were just 2 months left for the games. At least they could have though that they are plants which grows according to nature and not human beings who can do labour beyond their capacity in the greed of extra wages.Even the prestigious Queens baton relay was not spared and the purchase of the cars saw tremendous corruption.Series of resignations of the corresponding authorities  too could not ameliorate the conditions. Continuous rains and traffic also made the situation worse.Atleast here we can salute Mr lalit modi...Despite doing a lot of corruption in the IPL's atleast he was the only one who singlehandedly outcast all the possibilities of the IPL being cancelled in 2009 . when the whole indian government was aginst him for conducting IPL in india..It was the might of that man that he conducted the mega event in South Africa in just a span of 15 days. It was tweeted that CWG could still be a success if Lalit Modi was entrusted with organizing the Games!

Few week were left still the so called Common wealth village was not yet completed .The media who is always in the search of getting some vibrant issue got an chance to raise the TRP'Sof their respective channels. The news of irregularities in meeting deadlines, breaking of ceilings and other hap-mishaps were flash countless times on their channels as breaking news attenuating the situation further. Media job is to bring the truth but sometimes for the sake of country they could have done it in a better way, instead of exaggerating each and every time. Amid all these happening there was not even single news regarding the preparation of our young sports stars. There was nothing that could encourage the interest of our countryman in the sporting extravaganza. The news of terror threats, health concerns raised the eyebrows of other nations and nowadays India is rebuked from all its sides. To give India the opportunity of hosting games is considered as the biggest mistakes by most participating nations. Our CWG village is reported as an filthy place to live in. What can be more shameful than this that many players from various participating countries refused to participate in the upcoming events. Just because of the selfish deeds of few authorities the whole nation has to suffer this ignominy.
To contemplate on past is the biggest mistake. Whatever happened has happened, but now at least its our responsibility to make this event as world class .We should create a sense of awareness amongst the masses. We should be proud of our sports person who amid all these tough situations are ready to bring back the pride of their nation by winning medals.
JUST \/ van bring the \/ (victory) and return the smile to millions of Indians who somehow feel cheated !!!

United We stand…Divided we fall….

The truth behind this adage has been standing like a milestone since time immemorial ,but we Indians have decided never to pay heed to such nuisances in our lives.Turn around the pages from history we will find quiet a lot of evidences when we fall, coz we were not united. We have an habit of disuniting ourselves on the basis of caste, creed ,regions, religions and if they are not sufficient then evergreen’The rich n poor’!!
Today India is simultaneously inundated with an intricacies of problems but we all are busy in blowing our own trumpet .We are so much used to compromise with worst of the situations that we never really feel to find the reason behind the cause.
1.These days India is facing the opprobrium of the whole world for the mass corruption in the prestigious Common Wealth Games .The world is laughing at our nation ,who previously claimed to be the next super power!!
2.Most of the northern parts of India esp Delhi and UP are facing natural disasters in the form of flood,
Which has deteriorated the conditions of the people even more.
3.The decision on the Ayodhya Babri Case is on the verge of coming out and no one can deny the fact that it can come out with a bang.Millions of sentiments are associated with issue and if not then our politicians will left no stones unturned to bring those sentiments in their favor by fomenting the ingenuous minds of normally tranquil Indians.
4.In Jammu & Kashmir the conditions are going out of control and the government is incapable to control this insurgent situation.A GoM is send over there to analyse the whole situation, but are we really expecting of an outcome.I m sure the we know the answer.
These were just 4 big issues which India is witnessing these days but not we Indians, because most of us are still either complacent of our conditions or may have compromised.Amid all these disasters happening around we can just hear the cacophony of criticism,by Media,by politicians by common Man BUT we will never hear a common united voice of we Indians.
After 9/11 whole of America stand unitedly against the rising of terrorism.Have we ever heard Bill Clinton or some republicans chastising the Bush government or their intelligence. No you cant,Coz this happens only in India. After the Mumbai attacks we could have easily heard Narendra Modi blaming it as the failure of the State government and the opposition BJP condemning it as the futility of the central..
Actually have we ever given a thought that why are we absconding from our responsibilities. The reason I think is the apathetic nature of the common man. He is frustrated of the Corruption that has spreaded its wings in almost all walks of life.It is said that ours is a democratic government so its in the hands of people ,if they want to bring a change ,elect a responsible and educated person as their candidate. But do we think its worth? I think its not.. Elect anyone ,Even a luminary like Shashi tharoor cant escape the Charisma of this SEAT and has to resign after having charges of misuse of power. So its not about people but its about corrupted minds that has corrupted the whole society.
Our nation which was the land of ideologies of Mahatma Gandhi, the principles of Rabindra Nath Tagore now has ben looked down as corrupted nation esp after the mayhem of CWG.So its our moral duty to change none but ourselves.Somewhere we have to start ,So why not from within. All the fingers of our hand if joined together can give a punch to this devil of corruption.
Together We Can And We Will Make A Difference!!
Its a wake up call for we INDIANS

My journey of life with the C's

My journey towards accomplishment began with a C that turned my life to a completely different career. Aspiring for Civil services as my only aim in my career i was selected in MNIT jaipur in the Computer branch and from there my life was steered in a totally different direction. Since then i did nothing it was destiny n my fate that r rowing my boat towards an unknown horizon. That was the 1st "C".The next C was the batch i was allocated into that is the C batch. It was a batch of lots of geniuses, but it was my disinterest towards Computer's Branch that i was losing the aggressive streak that was my forte all through my life. Gradually I lost interest in studies. The irony was that even i didn’t allowed my conscious mind to let it know that i was on the wrong track, I always console my mind that i m doing things i am interested in..Actually that was where i lost coz even if u don’t have interest in anything u cant totally ignore studies for which u have spent all ur life. I kept doing things that were totally irrelevant from my B.Tech.Likewise i prepared for Civil services for the first 2 yrs , involved myself in lots of extracurricular activities. Started an organization on college level that helped students to get exposure to Bring out their talents and to get rid of what is called as stage Phobia. But the true fact was that it helped me a lot in enhancing my confidence .I got to know that i can convince people ,i can handle crowd and i can be a good motivator. It was not like that I came up only with my good qualities but also where I was weak in. I came to know that i can break under pressure .I can lost my temper when handling unfavorable conditions. It was from there a thought of my inner self take a giant leap, that i posses that leadership qualities. And i can be a future entrepreneur. The Leo inside me was roaring, And that was where again my boat towards life take a 90 degree turn.. i m gonna b a future manager!!I was unaware that whether it was overconfidence or being complacent...But that’s my way of thinking out of the box..So since then i worked towards clearing yet another C.That’s "CAT".
Although my destination was clear but neither my steps were having those firmness nor i was able to have that perseverance in my mind. I can never control my mind from getting involved in the intricacies if the surroundings. But it was myself belief that kept me going. Final Yr of Btech when all were putting their healthy mind n soul for getting a good campus placement i just kept my mind cool, decided not to get totally involved in a rat race, but still for sake of getting some job appeared in Cognizant as my 1st company and to my heights of ecstasy i was placed where most of my batch mates who have been brilliant in Academics couldn’t. And that too i topped the written test!!In the midst of all these CAT result came n i failed, although by an inch!!I I was sad coz now i have to work for my 3rd C i.e. Cognizant as an Computer Engineer...I haven’t thought in my dreams. My journey was not a roller coaster ride, problems were yet to arise. The joining of my Company Cognizant was delayed. I never got disheartened by that coz I took that as an oppurtunity.Again i started preparing for CAT. After 6 months when the CAT n allied institutes results were out i had mixed feelings, most on the unhappy side coz this year too i couldn’t made it To the prestigious IIM's.Although i topped in an all India exam and was giving interviews to newspapers during those days, but again that tough luck n fate n destinies..These consolements were like taking out the flesh from a live fish..n i was d fish that time..Still where there is a will there is a way...but for me where there is a way...i make sure that there i can make my will!!Next 1 month I was giving lectures in Career Launcher. The 4th "C" of my life. That was not so important in my life but still it gave me few days to forget the failures Of CAT at least to some extent.Within a month Cognizant finally felt the pain of thousands of students with delayed joining and i got posted for Chennai!!!
OOps the 5th "C" and it came quite surprisingly. I had no choice this time but to say yes coz no other way to get good BSchool except by getting Work Experience. So started my journey towards Chennai.I have never been so far from my place n initially I was feeling that i was going to be put into some concentration Camps of Hitler and I was anti Nazi..But still taking this too as an opportunity I reached Chennai...Much different from the outer world.First few days i never felt I was in India. At least some good feeling of having a passport n Visa!! Slowly n slowly accustomed myself to the boring training sessions and hopeless life of Chennai. Reaching from my place to office in bus was in itself fighting a lone battle in Afghanistan where u are unaware of the next move of talibanis! In Chennai the bus are overloaded and you can find as many people inside the bus as many as hanging on the bus!!The smell of rice in its millions forms made me hostile towards rice. I was nostalgic as there were just 2 clolors i can see around: Black and white. The dull life of Chennai was sufficient enough to add salt to my unhealed wounds. But here too with a couple of friends i tried to add spice to my life, and within few months i found Chennai a bit interesting. The people there were so helpful for the North Indians, sometimes it was heart touching to get so much respect from people who r even not able to understand our language. I had some preconceived notions for South that the people there are corrupt but believe me they are very true and down to earth, at least the persons whom I met! Awesome beaches, the spirituality of temples, the innocence of peoples and their smiles which can b visible from miles...i have started developing a taste for Chennai. All the fun during the training sessions, be it singing ,dancing or mimicry and the nervousness and nail biting days of the modules tests, my extra bit of smartness while making me n others pass in the modules test...all this has added a much awaited spice in my life..I was enjoying the hilarious life of Chennai but as usual Life again got a new turn .. I got deployed to Calcutta n from my whole batch, i was the only one.So my soul was ready to wander to a totally new place carrying with it just memories of last four months with a heavy heart and a deep breath.A journey towards a new C..Calcutta :)
It is not very easy to start all over again but the spirits to explore new places kept me handling my nerves..First few days i stayed with my friend. Kolkata as I have heard was the most unlaundered place to live in. The overcrowded buses, the lull faces of almost all the passengers as if all have boarded after having a fight at their homes, fountanic roads, The long queues for almost everything, politicians giving speeches when no one is listening to them, the zero humour of almost all the localites were the first few things i noticed about this city of joy..In no way it gives joy to anyone..The foul smell of fish and All time 100% humidity was something that was making my life like a dog who has no shelter to save himself during rain. In the Initial days what attracted and lured me towards this 'City of Joy' was the divine beauty of gals here.60% of the gals in Kolkata are very attractive with sharp features and most beautiful eyes and that was my only motivation to stay back here. I always believe that in kolkata everything belongs to different eras, where the gals of Kolkata can definitely said to be extra modernized and can say are 30-40 yrs forward, The guys here are horribly boring ,introvert and have Zero sense of humour. They know nothing more than Ganguly and the heritage of Kolkata which they are preserving since age of Adam and Eve. Most of the buildings monuments of Kolkata are suffering from wear n tear but no renovation just in the name of preserving their 'Heritage’. Despite of all these things Kolkata’s life is much smoother than pace life of all other metros .Even in IT sector competition is there but people do not act as paranoids as in north. The simplicity of the people is worth describing. People are more social than any place in India, they know how to make n retain relations. I have enjoyed last 9 months in Kolkata enjoying all its flavors: B it in my workplace in cognizant with the most energetic, young, fun loving team; Be it the Cricket tournament where i played with almost broken leg, null fitness but still ended as 2nd highest run getter of the tournament; Be it the Octaves dance competition wid our gang “Step Up";be it trip to Gangtok..My journey has been reviving, reinventing myself, exhilirating ...I got some of the best friends of my life and i really possess lots of memory which i will cherish all through my life..Kolkata has really turned out to be "city of Joy" for me.
Till now i m enjoying this "C" of my life in all possible way, but still has an anxiety what is going to be my next C..Is it going to be imposed or will it be on my choice.. This is a big question n this time i m going to answer this by my never say die spirits. I m pretty sure that this time it would be me who is going to shape my future with my enduring perseverance and may be next year You can find me landing into some Different world of C's…..

To B continued..
This is not the end.. This is the beginning

Shayari...

Ishq Karne ke bhi Kuch Adaab Huwa Kartey hai...
Khuli ankhon mey bhi kuch khuwaab Huwa Kartey hai ...
Har Koi Ro Kar Dekhaye Yeh Zaroori To Nahin..
Khushk Ankhon AI Bhi Selaab Huwa Kartey Hai

Udasiyaa na mitate to aur kya karte
na jhasne shola manate to aur kya karte
andhera mangne aya tha roshni ki bhik
hum apna gharna jalte to aur kya karte

T-20 ...Is it a threat to Odi's n test cricket??

The new t-20 format of cricket is in reality a threat to odi n test cricket but in some forms it can b thought as a boon to cricket players. This form of cricket definetely provides a lots of prospectives that can not b brought by either test or d odi's .Unlimited entertainment in just 4 hours.surity of the result no more long n boring innings by the batsman. It's actually the demand of hour where people finds it hard to get a day free from their hectic schedule ..so they too found the shortcut of entertainment;glamour, corporates giants, cheergirls,n the biggest extravanga of cricket all at the same time..is it not better than what a multiplex or a big shopping mall can offer.People get more entertainment than what they paid for..Uptill now there were support to the national home team, which has now swerved competely to the home state team.Peopole r overjoyed when they see their local champs playing with international legends.. which can never b seen in odis. their can b some views that the quality of cricket can b degraded on this format..but do u think that quality of cricket has been degraded when odi's were introduced after the test.. definetely no..instead every new form of competiitve cricket will definely tone the skills of our young guns.. new talent who were eager to show case their talent at international level. this is a real test to them..and that cud b clearly seen in in first championship.. the names that rises to this ocasson were unknown i think this form of cricket require extra skils..its not only a game of skillls but definetely game of mind too..each sec u have to b physivcally n mentally fit..a small mistake can change the tide of the game..Twenty20 was thought to b the gas chamber for the bowler but now it is clear that even the bowlers too smtimes dominate in the small version..each bowl has to b thrown keeping the mind setof the bowlers.Batsman too r deriving new batting techniques ,that dosent maens that they will forget the older ones.So how can one say that it requires less skils..Actually these things r just spread by the dogmatic personalities who felt threatened by the unprecedented success of the IPL N d ICL's.
Now as far as the odi's n test matches r concerned they will naturally lost some of their viewers but but they wont get completely extinct.Same was the case when odi's were introduced in the 1975..but still test cricket legacy is continuing as they r still considerd the purest form of cricket by ardent fans.. Yes more crowd could still b dragged to the stadiums by creating result oriented pitches and not looking to the the favouritm of the home teams.Only competition in one field can bring out the best from them and so is this t-20 format , going to bring to the cricket.Test n odi's should not b allowed to whirl in the strom of T-20 ,instead they sholud also incorporate some new ideas ,so as to let the spirits ofcricket to reach new heights.

Someone is going 2 share each part of u’r life,

Who else can dare to do so except u’r wife.

Think of that someone keep all thing aside,

Who else can be that one except your bride.

U’r in comfort b’coz everything is same,

Make her feel the same with her new sur name.

U may love u’r family, U may love u’r friends,

But she will love you only, till sky finds an ends.

U may live u’r life, but she will live for you,

All her precious moments, she will give 2 you.

For this world, you are someone,

But for someone you are the world.
